Bribery means offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value to influence a decision or action. It includes:
- Offering money, gifts, hospitality, or favours to gain a business advantage
- Accepting bribes in exchange for favouring someone improperly
- Using third parties or agents to make or receive bribes on our behalf
- Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to:
- All employees, managers, and directors
- Contractors and sub-contractors
- Security staff and frontline personnel
- Anyone acting on behalf of TKX Group LTD
- Prohibited Conduct
You must never:
- Offer or accept bribes of any kind
- Give or receive inappropriate gifts or hospitality
- Make facilitation payments (small unofficial payments to speed up routine services)
- Use company funds or resources for corrupt practices
- Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts and hospitality must always be:
- Reasonable, occasional, and not excessive
- Clearly not intended to influence a business decision
- Logged and approved according to company guidelines
- Reporting Concerns
If you suspect or witness bribery, you are expected to report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.

- Consequences of Breach
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- Disciplinary action (including dismissal)
- Contract termination for third parties
- Possible criminal investigation and prosecution
- Training and Awareness
We provide regular training to all staff, especially those in roles with a higher risk of exposure, such as procurement, security services, and client engagement.
